Attorney Bio: 

Brandon Loggins is the Founder of the Legal Freedom Law Office.  Brandon is  licensed in Tennessee, Illinois, and Georgia.  Prior to opening the firm, Brandon practiced with a national plaintiff consumer law firm in Chicago.  He regularly speaks on issues affecting businesses and consumers.  In addition to his private practice, since 2013 Brandon has taught as a business adjunct professor at Trinity International University.  Brandon also taught as an adjunct instructor for the University of Illinois College of Law LLM Program (2010) and externed for the Honorable Judge Arlander Keys, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois (2008).

Brandon has practice experience in Real Estate Commercial and Residential, Probate, Landlord/Tenant disputes, Bankruptcy, Criminal law, and Estate Planning.  He has prevailed in both jury trials and bench trials.  While he has experience in multiple areas of law, he currently focusing most of his practice in areas of business, entertainment, real estate, and consumer law, including but not limited to:

• Foreclosure Defense: ​Represent homeowners in foreclosures arguing claims under the Truth in Lending Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Predatory Loans, and the Uniform Commercial Code.  He has represented homeowners and businesses in litigation in state, federal district, and bankruptcy court.
• Real Estate Closings: Whether as the seller's attorney or buyer's attorney Brandon protects his clients in what is usually the largest financial transaction of their life.
• Lemon Law/ Automobile Law: Represent consumers arguing claims under the Magnuson-Moss Act, Lemon Law, and the Uniform Commercial Code.  Successfully obtained repurchased settlement agreements, negotiated thousands of favorable monetary settlements, and prevailed in both summary judgment and arbitration hearings
• Business / Entertainment:  Whether as appointed counsel for corporations, small businesses, or school districts, Brandon advises business owners of their current contractual obligations and risks.  He assists in business formation and corporate governing documents for the music/film industry, non-profits, and small businesses.  He also has experience with the administrative procedures of the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Doing both litigation and transactions helps him to be a better attorney in each area.  Knowing the problems that can arise in litigation helps him to be more attentive to those issues that could become problems in transactions.  Being a transactional attorney makes him a better litigator because he understands the conventions that guide contract disputes giving him the knowledge to have successful results.
